The bioelectrical impedance analysis is a test performed to determine human body
composition.
Several parameters are measured including : the fat mass, the muscular mass,
the body waterpercentage and thebone mineral mass).
This impedancemetry is required in addition to anthropometric measurements to
analyse better the fat mass in patients with obesity, overweight or metabolic syndrome.
